Archiving for Nuclear Decommissioning: Challenges and Collaborations

The Research Center for Cooperative Civil Societies at Rikkyo University, in collaboration with NUCLEUS, the historical archives of the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC), and Eogan, the network of energy archives, is organising a webinar on the issues of building, managing, and opening an archive related to nuclear energy. With the occasion of the publication of the Japanese translation of the DPC Rapid Assessment Model, the seminar will focus on technical, managerial, and political issues related to nuclear documents; from transparency and access rights, to security and technical problems.
